I love to sing, love to draw and love to write.
I hate sewing, loath ironing and don’t really enjoy cooking.
Every so often I have a go at learning Latin [not very successfully!]

I am married with two daughters and have two delightful young grandchildren.

All my working life I have been a teacher - hard work but immensely rewarding and inspiring. And thats all you really need to know about me.

But just in case you are interested:-

Most of the illustrations are by me, though a few have been produced by others. When this occurs they are credited in the acknowledgements. However special mention must be made of Lynn Rutherford who created a beautiful picture for ‘The Dark Sentinel’ and has since assisted me by producing a number of the illustrations for ‘The Splinter’ and ‘Tributioner’. Her very different style of drawing adds to the overall creative appearance of the artwork and contributes to the narrative.
